The annual event is the Center’s major fundraiser, helping to raise money for the residential treatment program for at-risk boys from around the Bay Area – and throughout California. Hanna Boys Center’s unique program provides care, education and counseling for over 100 boys between the ages of 12 and 18 years.
The Hanna Fundraiser, now celebrating its 16th year, has become an important event for the Center, raising over $1,000,000 – with an event fundraising goal of $150,000 this year!
Approximately 400 guests join the festivities and support the private non-profit residential program. “The money raised from the Golf & Tennis Classic is needed this year more than ever,” said Past Volunteer Board Chair, Don McPhail. “Hanna is dependent on the generosity of individuals and businesses from the Bay Area, and the event is a great way for our supporters to meet the boys who benefit from Hanna’s care.
